Question: Do you think i swallowed bleach?
Today i was bleaching a sweater and put my hands in it. I then washed my hands with soap and water but not for very long. I ate something with my hands about 10 minutes later and now i feel so nauseus and dizzy. I also have a little bit of pain in my chest.

Sounds like you just enhaled it. Get some fresh air.
it sounds as if ur just dizzy from the smell off bleach, if u were to drink or eat bleach ur body physically wouldn't let u swallow it as it would burn ur throat and make you gag, if u feel u have drunk bleach drink plenty off milk to dilute it.
