Can not eating enough make you feel sick?!

Question: Can not eating enough make you feel sick?
For the past week I haven't been eating hardly at all. And it's not because I'm trying to lose weight or anything, it's just simply because I haven't been hungry. I also feel sick when I like smell food or eat it. So I have just been eating a lot less, and it isn't really good food either.
For example, yesterday all I had was half of a waffle and a piece of bread. And today, I've just taken a few nibbles of grilled cheese.
But since Friday, I've been feeling sick, but even then, I'm not hungry. So..I'm guessing my answers will just be to eat, but my main question is just can not eating a lot make you sick..?

Answers:

It can make u feel horrible...ever notice how u feel when u have a stomach virus and r throwing up everything u eat...same thing...sometimes when I don't feel hungry but know that I need to eat I grab an Ensure or Walmart brand called Equate

Food provides nutrients to the body like carbohydrate,vitamins,minerals.etc.throu… respiration the food taken into the body is broken down to ATP, if not enough food is eaten you can get sick because of malnutrition and because of fatigue.food is essential, eat up.

yes, because without adequate nuitrition, your body doesnt' have the energy it needs, and your glycemic (blood sugar) levels are affected and that can cause illness...i'm hypoglcemic (low blood sugar) and if i don't eat or don't eat enough, i get VERY sick

Yeah you are probably feeling sick because the food that you have been eating isn't exactly ideal for giving your body the nutrients that it needs. Even if you don't eat a lot, try eating like an apple or so and some kind of meat.

Your feeling sick because you haven't been eating. Even if your not hungry you should eat and if you have all your meals and snacks or whatever you should feel better soon! :)

Yes it does because your body is not getting the food necessary to make energy and supply your body with nutrients

Yes it can. Try eating a balanced meal and keep it up for a while, even if your not overly hungry. You should feel better.

it can make you sick.
