Are you wearing heavy cloths? If so wear lighter cloths.
If that doesn't help go to a doctor and see if he/she can do anything about it.

Good luck.

Using antiperspirants and deodorants is just covering up the symptoms of your problem. You need to cure the cause of your sweating.

Unless you have a medical problem, your sweating is most likely caused by nervousness and not having enough self confidence.

A book that I found really helped was "Stop Sweating and Start Living" by Mike Ramsey.

I had a very similar problem that continued on for years and it was embarrassing. It became such an issue especially at night. First my pillowcase would become wet. I would change it for a fresh one in the middle of the night, then it increased and it became my sheets. I continued to tell my physicians but it was as no one was listening. (I believe it was because of my age they blew it off) Then one day in the middle of December, cold and snowing I had an appointment with my physician, for an update on medication (that was not for the sweating) I was sweating, he walked in said a few words and said hold on for a moment and left me setting, his nurse came in to poke my finger. Then shortly after he said to me your glucose level is 300, I knew what that meant for my Father was a diabetic. I glared at him and wanted to punch out his lights, while he continued to say we are setting you up for some blood work. Confirmed I am a Diabetic!

Although yours may be something entirely different. I am livid at the physicians because now I have kidney damage and on four shots a day. It controls my life, see a doctor soon, if caught in earlier stages a person will be able to control it much better. AND I had, and still do have excessive thirst for water. Good Luck!

It might be stress related. There's also a product called CertainDri. You should be able to find it at a grocer or drugstore. It's supposed to make you sweat less. I only used it once, but that one time had me sweating less all day than I would without it.

1. Don't wear that much clothes.
2. Don't move too much.
3. Be calm.
4. Try to not be too close to the sun.

I sweat,too.

I had the same thing happening to myself, and then I found this ebook, due to the fact that we all are different this book can help you too.
