what to eat when have no appetite? (from stress)?!

Question: What to eat when have no appetite? (from stress)?
I've had no appetite for the last week or so and am starting to feel quite weak. I'm a university student and am thinking it's from stress. I can't eat much before I feel sick,
So I'm wondering what small portion foods will give me a solid amount vitamin, minerals etc as I can't get a "regular" meal ( until my appetite comes back or I can see my GP)

(I've been tested to thyroid problems and don't have one. also, I used to be a comfort eater and would prefer not to force feed myself. )
Thanks !

You could try something like Complan Shakes, or easy to eat foods like chicken and rice, mashed potato, cereal, soups and fruit smoothies. A good vegetable soup can make you feel healthier, get one of those hand held blenders you can use in the pot, they are quite cheap for a basic model and you can usually get them in big supermarkets.

I agree with Poker Face's response. I'd also like to add that you can try those carnation instant breakfasts that you can just pour the powder into a glass of milk and it serves as a small, healthy meal. But I would attempt to get some solid foods in you. Toast, crackers, cereals like rice krispies and you can even attempt plain mashed potatoes.

p b and crackers;. peanut butter gives you protein crackers are light on your stomach, chicken or beef broth is strengthening and easy on your stomach, can be eaten with crackers as well.

crackers, granola bars, any kind of fruit or veggies, water, vitamin water, gatorade, orange juice, oatmeal, toast, soup

Chicken noodle soup, a tunafish sandwich, grilled cheese sandwich.

take vitamins until your appetite comes back, and i would eat popcorn to get some carbs.

drink lots of soda with caffeine. the caffeine really fills u up
