What could be causing my anal bleeding!?!
Question: What could be causing my anal bleeding!?
I KNOW for a fact, I don't drink enough water. I drink about 2-4 glasses of juice a day. Lately I have been finding going to the toilet VERY uncomfortable and painful... (here comes the awkward bit) when I go to wipe, the toilet roll has blood on it. And it's not my period. It's been happening now for about 2 weeks and has happened in the past, but not as bad as this week past. It's not very much blood, probably only a teaspoon/ half a teaspoon worth, if that. "/
What can I do?
Please someone help. I am worried more than anything else. Thank you :)

The 2 likeliest causes are piles or an anal fissure. Get your GP to check.
GP for more years than I care to remember
It could be so many things. It could be hemorrhoids, a cut or scratch, gallstones, a severe UTI, infection of the colon, ect.
I know it is embarrassing but you need to go to the doctors. It could be something as serious as colon cancer or as treatable as a scratch, but whatever it is could get a lot worse if you do not treat it immediately! Please go to the doctor for relief from the physical pain and for your mental worries.
anorectal CA should always be ruled out in bleeding per rectum
how old are you? do you have other medical problems? taking any meds?
in young females, rectal fissure is not uncommon
in older individuals, hemorrhoids
but other problems like inflammatory bowel disease are other considerations
first..go to your doctor
failing that...
you can start by increasing fluid intake, increase fiber intake
stool softener might help
still, carcinoma should always be ruled out
