For the most part you must be rich. If you threaten anyone and make a huge hullabaloo you might be stuck in juvi or alternative school. Do something bad enough and you can be sent to boarding school, given that your parents have leeway with the officials enough to convince them that a transfer will solve their problems and juvi is just pointless. In the end, you might as well just transfer without doing stupid ****.
1. try to kill the teacher with a pencil
2. fake a bomb
3.bring airsoft gun
4.throw scissors at someone
5.kick everyone in the crotch
i dunno if these work, but i found them funny. but they might have worse punishments.
