Usually last days and get worse every time. Also very short time between them.

Cierra,
Sweetie you need to get to a specialist (your general practitioner) will guide you to one. It is not normal and is painful to you. In the mean time, darken your room, use thick curtains, ware a sleep mask that covers your eyes. Ware wrap around sunglasses or better yet get some welding glasses. These are great for keeping out bright light that can cause you pain. The aren't necessarily cool looking to wear and you need the darkest lens ( a 20 should be near or total black to look through). For going out side where the sun can make your eyes throb, these glasses are a blessing..ugly or not. Try rolling a pillow up and putting it under your neck as you sleep, that can help ease a tension headache. Also try a rice sock. Get a pair of white men's tube socks, fill 2/3 full of instant white rice. Tie a knot in the opening and place dry rice sock in a microwave for about 1 minute on high. Wrap in a med to thin weight towel and place under your neck while you are resting. It should help relax any tense neck muscles and make you more comfortable.
I can feel your pain, my Mom and her Mom had migraine headaches as long as I and they could remember. Hang in there and get to a doctor asap...please. Add me as a contact if you'd like and your parents are OK with it. There is no way I can find personal info on you or the other way around. This is a pretty safe site for getting and giving help to people. I also have a daughter who was suffering like you. She is now on a medicine that is OTC but I can't think of the name of it
