There is no definitive answer. It's different for everyone, but as you were a regular user, you can expect it to stay in your system anywhere between 45 days and 90 days, so don't be surprised if the test turns out positive.
It depends on your body weight and how much you smoke on a regular basis,but 30 days usually and drink plenty of water to flush out the toxins.
If Im not mistaken the effects will be gone within 1-2days.. But in the blood I guess it takes months.. i think arround 6... but im not sure
