Question: What's wrong with me?
Sometimes, usually around the nighttime, I get itchy bumps on my arms and legs.
They disappear after a while, but come back the next night.

if they itch, or are raised and bumpy its bed bugs.
they come out mainly at night..
i would go get some spray
Dry skin, put lotion on if it isn't cut or scratched from itching. It happens to me every now and then and lotion always fixes it
Probably bed bugs, you should change the sheets in your bed and wear fresh clothes every night.
