Is it bad to have a body temperature of 97 degrees?!

Question: Is it bad to have a body temperature of 97 degrees?
I usually have the temperature of 98.5 - 99.0 but my temperature now is 97 - 97.5. I've had this temperature for about 5 months. Is this bad? I have gotten sick (from a few sore throats) in this time, but my temperature stayed in the range.

Every ones normal body temp is different. Mine runs from 96.6 to 97.5, if it goes up to 98.6 (what is normal for most people) I have a fever so I run a low body temp and always have. Once when I was in an accident it went to 95.0 and the hospital staff kept taking it because they said it could not go that low and me still be walking around. But it was (they took it 5 times) and I was very cold. Once I got warmed up it went to 97.0 so you have nothing to worry about.

It's normal for your body temperature to fluctuate throughout the day. I'm sure if you take your temperature at the same time every day, you will see it really doesn't change much. I wouldn't worry about it, unless you are still feeling ill.

It's normal, don't freak.
