What is the worst physical pain you've ever felt?!

I've had bad back pain before from a herniated disc. But I've also have really bad migraines that is worse than back pains. But what I really really hate, is a big long needle stuck in my eye. That's never happened to me but I know I'd hate it.

Really, pain is different for everyone. But you probably need to stretch your hamstring more since you're a runner. Those muscles tie to your back and can make it out of place, causing really bad pain. Hope you back gets well soon.

Getting out of bed for the first time after my urgent c-section, I nearly passed out in the middle of the floor. Figured out later I was not only *severely* constipated, but I was also developing a,seroma under my incision.
And I felt like such a wimp because I couldn't walk to the nursery; my one nurse made me feel bad about it.

Jaw surgery where the Dr took a slice of my jawbone. Childbirth was not a picnic either, 36 hours of labor, forceps, and a broken tailbone to get my baby out. Back years ago there used to be a head ob/gyn Dr and he decided who gets C-sections and who doesn't. He refused to allow me a C-Section. I'm glad he suffered the last 12 years of his life to the point the even Morphine would not take his pain away. I call it justice!!

I broke my foot in a gym but i didnt know it was broken and i thought it was a really bad cramp so i ran on a tread mill for an hour, then my dad took me home and my foot swelled up like a balloon and he told me it was definetly broken. hurt like H E double hockysticks.

My physical pain is that when i do hard work I get pain in my lower part of my back and sometime my head feels that is on fire and what helps me is that to get a shower and lay down on my bed for some minutes

In gym class we were playing baseball. This really big, buff dude was hitting, and by sheer bad luck, he hit me in the balls. Couldn't pee for almost a day.
