Brain. I forget which part, i'm sure some research will tell you all about it, but it's to do with your brain. If you're concerned about it go and speak to your doctor, there are lots of treatments that can help, such as speach therapy.
In your case, it's the brain causing you troubles.
Your slip of the tongue is very common, and happens a lot when people are under stress or speaking faster than they can think.

Yes,definitely get it checked out...you might have had a stroke...even a minor one...strokes & other diseases don't recognize age or sex,so get to a doctor quickly
