Do i have a low grade fever?!

It depends how severe your other symptoms are. From experience, a fever tends to be the first symptom for me. After that, all the others come- hard and fast. Right now, though, I'd say go to bed and at least pretend you're going to school, and see how you feel in the morning. If you're just tired, but still have the fever, maybe ask if you can sleep a while longer and go in later in the morning. If that's not an option, unless you're coughing or puking, feel like you can't get out of bed, you're really sore, etc... I'd suggest just sticking it out and getting your work done and stuff.

Yes that's a low grade fever; but it doesn't mean much unless you have other symptoms too. (in terms of staying home, I mean).
