I have that too. I'm a couple years older than you, but I feel it more when I'm really nervous, or at dance when I'm doing an intense workout. It feels like a fluttering, or like my heart skipped a beat sometimes.
No it isn't normal, sometimes anxiety can bring on heart palpitations.. but see your doctor because it def isn't normal, feel better!
Are you overweight? It'd be sad for a 14 yr old to have an over worked heart.
