It just depends. You're too young first off.

But is it just that you're fat? If that's the case, try losing some weight. If you're a tubbo, you've got huge boobs not because you've been blessed with nice breasts but because you ate too many Oreos and Cheeseburgers. Stop with the over-eating.

If you're not fat, that's different. You'll want to see your doctor first.

So it depends.
