Is it normal to have itchy balls ?!

Absolutely. It's the only organ you have outside of your body, because it needs to regulate the amount of heat to your testicles, by the sack being able to lower and raise them.

Dead skin needs to be removed, and when there is a lot of dead skin build up, "itching" occurs to make you scratch and remove the dead skin that causes the itch to occur.

"itches", like everything else, exists for a reason.

When one has an itch, it scratches that itch. This is true of EVERY animal.

When you realize what happens to your skin when you scratch, you can see why the body would have developed an "itch" to get you to scratch that particular part of the body.

Note that you never have an itch inside your body, always on the outside.

Go to a doctor, it may be a type of fungus. They'll give you medication. Or you could try baby powder until you see a doctor.

Yeah I also have them. It sucks but don't get caught scratching, I did and was called out.
