worst day ever....help?!
Question: Worst day ever....help?

It sounds like you have an empty stomach when this happens, or you are eating/drinking gas producing foods or beverages. Stress could cause the problem you are experiencing. Try eating a bland snack before the class. Plain dairy yogurt, a small amount of milk, dry toast, tea, oatmeal, crackers, etc. might work. Do not drink soda! Don't eat chili or burritos or anything spicy, either! You might have more than rumbles if you do that! I'm talking explosion! If you can, try sucking on a hard candy during the class. Go for something mild, like a butterscotch. No cinnamon or sour flavors. Try not to swallow air, though, by sighing or opening your mouth excessively. This may make the stomach noises worse.
Don't worry about blowing your nose. Try to do that before class, but if you have to, do it as quietly and as gently as possible. It happens to everyone, especially during the cold/flu season when colds are being passed from person to person.
Don't worry so about it. That may be making it worse.
ughh I hate being sick in class.
For the past three weeks i've had the grossest cough and runny nose, the really loud kind that sounds like you have mucus on your throat. Its been EMBARRASSING in class because its always so quiet.
As for the farting noises...sorry i have no idea
Sounds to me like you had a killer fart brewing, just let it go! Be loud and be proud!
They have something or several things...........Digel, or Gas X. Sounds like you had gas. They work really good. Try eating a couple of crackers or a 1/2 banana before taking it, but they work really good. I am sure Walmart has the generic "Equate" brand. Tums will sometimes work, as well a little Pepto Bismol. As far as a runny nose, pain in the butt, but EVERYONE has had one, and that is just life. If your tummy gets really bad, there is a prescription Nexium that you can get from your doctor, but I would try the tums or any over the counter gas medication first. Good Luck, and try to not worry. Make sure you eat something, that can settle a stomach too.
O' have had gas off and on, and know it is no fun!
