My hands do the same thing. I have pale skin as well, it's far more common in those that are pale.

Another answerer is right, your hands aren't receiving the oxygen they need from your blood due to slow circulation from the cold.

its because your blood slowed in your veins. u don't have to worry nothing will happen to u

u got bad circulation in cold temperatures
