panic attacks when having a shower?!
Question: Panic attacks when having a shower?
i hate loud noises so my mum brought a shower that attach's to the taps which is pretty quiet but every time i use it i start having a panic attack? some people say its because its to hot but even if its cold i do, my chest started to tighten and it gets hard to breath until im forced to turn it of why is this?

The thing to get over your panic attacks is that you yourself
first has to overcome the issue which gives you the panic attack.
If you can do that than there should be no issue with getting
over your panic attacks as well.
