Why is my stomach big?!

Question: Why is my stomach big?
Hi, I'm 15, I'm 130 pounds at 8% body fat which means I'm pretty muscular. My stomach isn't full of fat, it just sticks out. I have a short upper body compared to my lower body. I did 2 years of Cross country and I'm on my second year of Track and Field. I also lift weights. I have a visible six pack.

You might have a food intolerance causing bloat. The common ones are wheat, corn, dairy milk, but it could be anything, and it not always as clear as it'd seem, e.g. if trickiere a corn intolerance, and your eating beef that was feed corn, your still getting corn. It's common to crave the intolerant food, so look at your diet anything stick out ? It's helpful to keep a log/journal, it can help make patterns easier to see over time. Sodas and junk foods can cause the same effect as well.

sensitivity to food. find out if you have a food intolerance, such as to wheat or diary. cut one out for a week, then the other and see if it makes a difference.

My stomach sticks out more when I eat a lot of carbs or sugar. It is also in my genes to have a pot belly, but it does shrink when I cut out the bad foods

You may have a food sensitivity that's irritating your gut. Try eliminating gluten, if that doesn't work, maybe dairy?
