Help with my emetophobia?!

Question: Help with my emetophobia?
I have a SEVERE fear of vomiting, to the point where it's ridiculous. If someone is sick with throwing up as a symptom, I refuse to get near them. If I'm feeling nauseous, I'll start to shake and hyperventilate. I usually drink some carbonated water to soothe my stomach. If I have even the slightest ache in my stomach, I get terrified. It's horrible. Apparently its a common fear, but I cant live like this. I feel nauseous ALOT, more than the average person. I went to the doctor for it and she claimed it was anxiety. I'm so scared of throwing up, that my brain plays tricks on me. Apparently, Im not really feeling nauseous at all but im so paranoid about throwing up that my brain creates a nauseous feeling. And as you know, when I'm stressed out about throwing up, that just makes my nausea worse. My mom tells me I need to relax or I will physically make myself sick. I also have OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) which a psychiatrist diagnosed me with and I used to be on medication for it, which contributes a lot to my emetophobia What's weird is I haven't thrown up since I was 8 years old. So its like even though I know i'm overly paranoid, I cant help but get full on panic attacks when I get even a little close to puking. I try keeping busy but it's hard to keep busy when you're so paranoid about your stomach. Does anyone have any better remedies for either A) Nausea or B) Calming down when I get emetophobia attacks?
