What are some ways I can be more energetic throughout the day?!


Question: What are some ways I can be more energetic throughout the day?
I've noticed something for awhile now that's been bugging me. I'm in college and during the day I'm usually just dark, quiet, and pretty much have no energy to do anything. Yet at night, I seem to get all this energy out of no where and am suddenly somewhat outgoing. I don't work out at all, never really thought I needed too considering I've always naturally been in good shape. I get plenty of sleep too, 7-8 hours give or take. Anyways do you have any ideas on how I can have that throughout the day?

Try MAKING Time to Run for an hour every Morning; and make SURE you're getting at LEAST 8 hours of Sleep- EVERY night. You need to "re-program" your Metabolism- so that it's More Active during the Day, & less so- at Night. It may take a couple of months to realize a "Difference..." But you WILL see One- by mid-Spring.
