Is this normal for my body to do this?!


Question: Is this normal for my body to do this?
Well kinda recently my PE teacher weighed me and measured me and when he weighed me i noticed i lost 6 pounds for no reason.like last year i was exactly 100 pounds and im now 94pounds. I am not on any diet and never intended to lose that much weight. and my physical edu has been the same.I am 13, srry but i forgot what my height is but im gunna guess and say.... 5-6 ft.
ps. i DO NOT eat breakfast so i was thinking that could have probaly dented my weight but also i have noticed i have been eating a lot but i have not thought much of it. please answer im kinda scared thnx :D

Yes, it's normal. You've probably burn out fats by walking a lot or something that you don't realized that's actually making you shed pounds. As long as you feel healthy, I don't see anything wrong with it. If you don't, then you should visit the doctor. Best of luck.

I would not be scared you can burn calories or fat just doing every day things walking cleaning your room . walking the mall doing dishes. If you don't eat breakfast or your just not hungry when you first wake up pack something for later when you are hungry . That is what I do . I wake up at 6 but I don't eat breakfast till 10am I pack an apple or a granola bar for when I finally am hungry . Besides you are 13 and growing your body weight will fluctuate like that along with your appetite. It also matters what you eat. You cant eat a piece of candy and think that is eating no that is just junk . It has no nutritional value what so ever try eating more nutritious foods.
