No he will not pass.

Realize that a lab does not test for the drug itself, they look for a metabolite. A metabolite is something that the body produces when it ingests something, in the case of cocaine it is "benzoylecgonine" that will stay around long after the drug is gone, up to 30 days for a frequent user. THE DRUG ITSELF can stay in your bloodstream up to 72 hours. It can stay in your urine for about 2 or up to 7 days after single use. Habitual or chronic use can be detected in urine for up to 12 weeks depending on quantity, duration, and frequency of use.

Drinking water wont help either, as it is in his bloodstream, not his digestive system.

You can do coke and it will be out of your body in two hours. Now if he smoked marijuana that is another story, but after using either drug it is preposterous to drink loads of water. If you do marijuana it can be out of your body within 3 days to two months. It depends on how much you smoked. Only a very very small amount is peed out so drinking water is preposterous. Anyway getting back to the question he will be fine.

That said I think your friend should be very upfront and honest with his PO and be willing and ready to now inter a drug rehab (he should say he is ready realizing that he has an addiction that he can't seem to stop) Life seems better with drugs? It's not I have been clean 4 years and it is 100X better on a bad day now than it was on the highest day of my life back then. This is an opportunity for him to get clean and never be in this situation agian.

Nope. It stays in the system 2 to 3 days. These drug tests are very sensitive and can detect the tiniest amount. No amount of water is going to help.
