Question: Sleeping problem !!! :(?
i go to sleep by 10:30 - 11:00 p.m ...but it takes like an hour or so to fall asleep . and i wake up sharp at 4:30 or 5:30 a.m without the help of an alarm clock .... no matter how hard i try or how tired i am ..i can only sleep for 5 - 6 hrs. not more. my body immediately wakes up. and i find it hard to fall asleep .what could it be ? and wat do i do ?

Sleep problems are a real pain in the butt, I have suffered from Insomnia on and off for around a year now. other than medication there seems to be only a couple of alternatives. Theres a site in the source box I've been looking on myself.

How long have you been like that? You had had to wake up at 4:30 -5:30 on purpose before, right? Maybe becoz of your bio-clock only. Tonight, before you sleep, on the bed, close your eyes and tell your mind sharply and repeatedly that : "Tomorrow I will have to wake up at 7 o'clock". You will probably wake up at around that time. Don't use alarm clock!
