Can you get really sick from hardly eating at all for like 2 weeks? Do I need to!

Question: Can you get really sick from hardly eating at all for like 2 weeks? Do I need to go to the ER?
For probably the last two weeks, I have eaten MAYBE once a day, on a good day twice. But I just haven't had the desire to eat and I know that I need to eat. I am starting to feel dizzy and nauseous, and feel really weak when I walk. And for the past like 2 hours I've been in bed and my muscles are aching really bad. Especially in my legs, I feel like I ran a marathon or something. And I have had a headache. How ill can I get, and is there anything I could possibly do to get my appetite back?
ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Now I am getting muscles spasms and no I'm not anorexic(sp). I usually eat 2-3 meals a day with snacks in between so this isn't normal. I have been sleeping a lot. Do you any of you think I may need to go to the ER? Of just make a doctors appointment if it continues? Because right now my legs are killing me...

Your symptoms are likely to get much worse unless you eat a lot more.

Causes of loss of appetite include an illness and others that you can see in a web search for "causes of loss of appetite".

A sports drink will make cramps go away or eat a banana and drink some water, if you can drink also try pedialite. You may be depressed or have mono or a tape worm, only a doc can tell. If you're sure you won't die before morning then wait till then and see your doctor.

Everything is from lack of food and energy from the food. Go to you doctor to figure out something for your lost of appetite. Hope that helps

There are 2 problems here:
1. Eating very little could quickly affect some minerals and vitamins supply. I suggest you take multivitamin+mineral tablets. The cramps are probably due to some deficiencies. You did not give your age.
2. What has caused you lack of appetite? It is difficult to tell from your story because it is talking only about the effects of eating little.. I suggest that vitamins may help unless you have a disease that precipitated the anorexia. Take soft drink as they may give you energy. I do not know on what basis you say you are not anorexic. What you have is anorexia.
If you go to the ER they will give give some salt and sugar fluids in the vein. It will help at the time
