The most important thing is routine, trust me because I had this exact issue!

Set a time for when you go to sleep and wake up (e.g go to bed at 10PM- get up at 7AM). Stick to this. Even if you did not sleep and all you want to do is roll over and stay in bed get up. Do activities during the day that tires you out. Walk to work or school or anywhere you need to go. Swimming is great! It gives you a full body work out and keeps you fit.

Try and have an hour of nothing before you go to sleep. Stay off your TV, laptop, mobile...anything electrical. Read if you cant be still or listen to classical music. Not any songs that you know or with a fast beat, they will stay in your head and before you know it you'll be dancing on your bed and be singing into your hair brush that you need R-E-S-P-E-C-T! If this sounds too boring a bath with some essentials oils would be good too!

Scent your pillows with lavender and get rid of all light from your room. Stick to the routine and it should help. If it continues longer than a week seek medical advice xx

Sweet dreams xxx

try to get in a good sleeping schedule like getting to bed early enough and get up early...
then try drinking milk or yogurt before going to sleep it really helps
then when you go to sleep if your problem thinking about alot of thing get up instantly and try to stand on one leg for a longest time possible to focus your mind on thinking on one issue..see what i meen like standing for 5m and try to focus just on your leg and not getting felled it really helped.
try it and avoid drinking alchole, tea. cofee and soda .

Take sleeping pills, go to room, close everything, lie down to bed, relax mind, dont think of anything.

You're thinking about something too much. Try not thinking about you getting some sleep; like try counting sheep or something.
It'll pass don't worry.

Try melatonin

1. To sleep before the day of trouble and off with the clothes, happy sleep

Keep in mind the recommendations of psychologists: to live in today, do not let the mind filled with bitter memories of the past or the future of outstanding issues, not annoying in order to work during the day. Clean up their own anger, grievances and envy these negative emotions. Best to think of something pleasant things, relaxed sleep. Although it is difficult, but still give yourself some time, even if a little heartless.

2. Mozart's music and fan noise

Compared with other classical music, Mozart's music the most effect treatment of insomnia. It can make normal blood pressure and pulse, reduce nervous tension. But if you are not fans of his music, before going to bed can also listen to other soothing instrumental music. The best music there is the voice of the waves beating the shore, seagulls cry, it makes you very relaxed. If that does not work, then open the fan, the monotonous hum make you drowsy.

3. Do not eat after 7 pm dinner

This is useful not only for sleep, the body is also good. Therefore, if dinner is not enough to eat, drink or eat yogurt, fruit bar.

4. Bubble bath or essential oils bath salt

Relax the water temperature should not exceed 37 degrees Celsius, 10 to 15 minutes to soak. And then immediately into bed.
