Why is it that I can sleep for like 12 hours and then still be tired?!


Question: Why is it that I can sleep for like 12 hours and then still be tired?
Just curious because it happens often... maybe its just because i'm bored/ lazy all the time so i just want to sleep? i have no clue .

One thing alot of people dont realize, is there REALLY is such a thing as getting TOO much sleep. Thats why they say 8 hours is plenty, even if you sleep 8 hours, and get up, you may be drowsy the first half an hour, but then youll be good the rest of the day. Where-as you sleep 12 hours, your body will be in shut-down mode all day, because thats exactly where it was for too long, and it gets too used to it. Try to get out more also, that will help you not feel so tired.



I'm having the same problems! I stay sleep for 9 and ten hours, stay woke for a very few hours then go back to sleep. My doctor said that its stress! Are you upset about something? Is something is getting on your nerves? Are you worrying about something? There for, music will help your sleeping problems! get some loud music in those ears it work with me sometimes.



You can get tired from sleeping TOO much lol.

It's true, it happens to me. My ideal is 7 hours. Anything over that and I'm groggy. Those are the mornings I have to force myself out of bed because I just want to stay there lol.



cause you are sleeping to much, it can make you tired.
