I'm very sick. Will you please try and help me figure out what it might be?!

My glands are very very swollen. I can see them all bulging out in my neck. behind my ears are swollen as well. It hurts to take a deep breathe so I have to just breathe easy. When I breathe i feel the pain towards my lower lungs where i would think my stomach would be and i feel a little pain in my upper left lung. The past 4 days I had horrible headaches so bad that I've cried. Every time i stand up it's pounding at the top of my head.my throat is just a little sore. My skin is sensitive to the touch mainly my forearms. I feel a little pain on my armpit every now and then. maybe once or twice each day I drank some alcohol 2 days before i started feeling sick and i re pierced my ear the night before i drank. I hope that helps you some. I haven't noticed any other weird signs.
