I used to have a minor problem of this, usually, you hear that you should plan out what you're going to say before you speak it.. DON'T, maybe a tiny bit, but not word for it. while you're talking visualize thoroughly so what you're saying will sound more connected.. weird but it worked for me. also when you're alone, practice conversations. while you're around people you're comfortable with, observe how much more fluently you talk as opposed to being nervous and try to stay in that mind set. ive learned that this is when i wouldn't stutter as much
