Smokes what? Pot or cigarettes? If your 16 and smoking pot, your going to feel tired, end of story.
ANEMIA...all depends on your health, how much you weight, your eating habits, and whether or not your getting enough iron (your probably not because your a vegetarian). Anemia is an iron deficiency that gives you extreme fatigue, pale skin, and you bruise or bleed very easily. Depression and aggitation aren't really associated with anemia.
If your concerned tell your mom to take you to the doctor for blood tests. Though being 16 usually consists of being pissed off, sad, tired, etc.
That's whats tricky for people your age because the symptoms for anemia are pretty much the same as what you feel when your a teenager. Only way to tell is to see a doctor.

anemic for 10 years

When symptoms do appear, common ones include lethargy, weakness, dizzy spells and feeling faint.

As the anaemia becomes more severe, shortness of breath, palpitations, headaches, sore mouth and gums, and brittle nails may cause problems. People may look pale and find that others around them notice they're looking peaky.
Causes...
Iron deficiency anaemia occurs when the body does not have enough iron.
Anaemia from active bleeding: Loss of blood through heavy menstrual bleeding or, wounds can cause anaemia.
Anaemia of chronic disease: Any long-term medical condition can lead to anaemia.
Anaemia related to poor nutrition: Vitamins and minerals are required to make red blood cells. In addition to iron, vitamin B12 and folate are required for the proper production of haemoglobin.
There also may be a problem in the stomach or the intestines leading to poor absorption of vitamin B12. This may lead to anaemia because of vitamin B12 deficiency known as pernicious anaemia.

There are more, but I really think you should see your doctor to check your haemoglobin level and for any underlying cause that needs treatment.

There's a bit of help revegetarian food on the lower link.

Stop the smoking. when you get anaemia, you will feel weak and pale. get more iron rich foods since you are a vegan or considering eating meat, its goood. iron might help with your blood since low blood count or thin blood is most likely the cause of anaemia. get exactly 8 to 9 hours sleep in regular time. take more carbs.

You could have many things with those symptoms. I suggest you go see your Doctor so they can run blood test on you to determine what is wrong.

Yes-why not go to your PCP and tell him this instead of a bunch of goofball strangers like me

You didn't mention you BMI.

Anyways, if your Hb count is 14+, I would think that you are not anemic

Good luck.
