Medical Question - Heart arrhythmia, Extreme lightheadedness, Depression Like Sy!

Question: Medical Question - Heart arrhythmia, Extreme lightheadedness, Depression Like Symptoms?
Hi, I feel like I'm all messed up. I'm 19, Male, and I feel like I shouldn't be feeling this way I have a heart arrhythmia and my doctor prescribed me Digoxin 0.25mg and Carvedilol 12.5 and I've been taking that, but I have other problems that I didn't mention. At the time it didn't seem like a problem but they seem to be getting worse, these symptoms are prior to being prescribed the pills- Extreme lightheadedness, frequent bowel movements, occasional insomnia, excessive sleeping, loss of energy, fatigue, and sometimes I feel dizzy like my coordination is off. I like exercising but I can't do it because my heart would beat extremely fast I'll get lightheaded or just won't have the energy or drive at all. A lot of times i feel like it's depression but I just don't want no one in my family to know and I just feel weird telling the doctor I might be depressed. Thank you for reading and I hope someone can help diagnose my problem.

There are just too many things that are possible, you might have a vitamin/mineral deficiency, you might in fact have bad eyesight (or your eyesight recently became worse), you might have parasites, you may just not be sleeping enough (compounded by the insomnia). Depression is more about your psychological state than your physical one (though it can manifest physical symptoms).

If you stay home or use a computer a lot at night you may have a weak consitution overall. Part of that is not getting enough vitamin D, which is only made when you go out in the sun.

You need to see a psychologist, there should be some at your college/university you could get to know through friends. If you do have a lot of mental problems and find yourself feeling sad, unmotivated or suicidal for no apparent reason then you should definitely discuss this with your family and see if you need medical help.

A warning about depression drugs: They don't work for everyone, the first couple of weeks might feel worse, some of them have nasty side effects, most of them have nasty food/alcohol incompatibilities (like red wine, chocolate, cheese). See if you will improve with therapy first or if there's an alternate reason for your illness.
