If it is mainly after the main meal then I would say it's your gall Bladder but suggest you make an appointment with your doctor to sort things out for sure.

Maybe you should give more info. Is it burning, or aching? What are you eating or drinking, and does it hurt before, or after? Try webmd, or googling the symptoms when you've decided what they are. Hope that helps!
