I am losing so much sleep, please help!!!?!

okay, so for like the last few weeks, I have lost so much sleep, every night, I'm just up, and i can't get to sleep, I have tried reading, listening to music, having the tv on, counting sheep, drinking a glass of water...EVERYTHING, and last night I finally got to sleep at 11, and it felt wonderful. But then my dog started making noises and woke me up, so i went downstairs to see what was wrong, and she was sick and threw up, she did this last week when i switched her food, i think her new food is making her sick, and i don't know what kind of food i should switch to. She is a beagle, 4 years old. her old food brand was just too expensive, and the new one makes her sick, what are some good dog food brands that are cheep and don't make dogs sick?
