BODY ISSUES! I REALLY NEED HELP!?!

Question: BODY ISSUES! I REALLY NEED HELP!?
ok i am 14, skinny, gay, tall, and a whole bunch of other stuff. Anyway i am so f**king tired of being skinny. i spend quite allot of my time looking at guys that have OMG sexy asses and a perfect body wishing that i was them. While all my friends wear their skinny jeans my parents say " you cant wear the so tight because you are too skinny" well doesn't seem to me that they will change their minds so i wanna build a bigger ***, get abs and biceps like every guy and hopefully make my arms and feet a bit thicker cuz they are really skinny. i don't eat much cuz i have a small appetite, i cant go and get any surgery done, and i don't wanna be taking pills every day.

Start working out, but don't over do it. remember that working out burns calories, which is energy and this energy is necessary for building muscles and gaining weight. So work out quality before quantity and make sure you eat as much meat, rice, potatoes, bread, fish, nuts, fruit and drink milk & 100% juices. Get about 8 hours of sleep every night. Also don't grind on what other people have so much, instead think positive and live life with a lot of joy!

You are only 14 and still growing. You will start to develop muscles as you finish growing and you mature sexually. You also have to eat well and do some exercise -- those guys aren't called "gym rats" for nothing.

Just be patient. Someday you will be 18 and will start to fill out, to the extent of your heredity. And stop looking at other people with envy. It's a trap we all can be caught in! And being skinny is easier than being fat!

I really like this article as a sort of user's manual for male teens:

start working out, bodybuilding, taking it very slow and easy at first, you just want to get your body broken in for things to come and make it a mindful habit, give that about two months, in the meantime your hunger will automatically increase, so start eating, as time goes by continually learn to improve upon your eating, it's not rocket science, 3 good square meals a day, and at least two snack times, nuts, fruits, etc. Just stick to it no matter what in the beginning, once it becomes a habit, you'll find it very easy to make great strides month after month, year after year.
