I was walking down my street and it was snowing, I was on my merry way until someone pored soup on my new shoes i was so mad. but then i felt this warm wetness down my legs i thought that the people poured more soup on me so i looked and they weren't around and i felt it again so i guess i peed my pants 2 times is that normal.

No, it isn't normal. But it depends on if you were stressed by something, such as being very cold. Or if your bladder was very full and you were ignoring it.
If it keeps happening, see the doctor. If you didn't need to pee, and didn't notice it happening, you may have a problem.
