PLEASE HELP! STRANGE ALLERGIC REACTION?!

Question: PLEASE HELP! STRANGE ALLERGIC REACTION?

Was drinking a vanilla milkshake from Mcdonalds... have NEVER been allergic to anything besides this medicine (penicilin?) Have never had anything happen after drinking a milkshake! I drunk a good bit of it & went to bathroom. when I looked in the mirror I had these bumps on my face.. there like red but look like hives! Then my ears are red at the top. What could possibly be wrong? Considering I have never had an allergic reaction to a mcdonalds milkshake?

it must be something you ate from the past as you have not had a reaction before.
try asking your doctor he will know more
