Why can't we tickle ourselves?!

there are 2 types of tickling tho.
you can tickle one type, its more like a reflex tho.
if you run your nail along your rib bones, sometimes it tingles and the skin pulls called
"knismesis" on wiki

i guess its because we know that it is ourself....
honestly i have no idea xD but i have also wondered that haha

you can, its just not as sensitive because usually you are not likely to use as much force of tickle yourself much because well it tickels but other people don't feel it so they use more force and tickle you well ;)

You need the element of surprise for tickling to work. Since you can not surprise yourself, you can not tickle yourself.
