It depends on who the employer is and the location of the dispensary. They probably don't make a lot more than minimum wage in many cases. Sometimes they don't make anything and are volunteers. In some cases the people who work with medical marijuana are private growers licensed to grow for medicinal purposes and so are not paid a wage but are paid for their product like any other farmer.
