I smashed my head against someone else's head...help...?!

Question: I smashed my head against someone else's head...help...?
Today in PE, we were doing wrestling, and my partner wasnt looking and she did a trip move thing, and dropped me, me and my other friend collided, our heads smashed together. I got up after a few seconds and was fine [besides the fact that it hurt] [oh and my friend said my pupils dialated (or when smaller) when i hit?] i only was getting a few little pains here and their, but i was fine by next block. Now im sitting here and it hurts to put my neck back and like my inner ears kinda hurt, and my head is sore and i have a headache. It's nothing serious right? we hit pretty hard, i just don't know a lot about head injury and i don't know what is considered bad?

If you're experiencing nasua, ringing in your of ears, izziness, or slurred speech you should go get checked out because you may have a concussion. If not, it makes sense that your head/neck hurts, it sounds like you hit pretty hard.

Ask your mom.

concussion? put some ice on your neck

My daughter had something similar happen.Best thing to do is to take panadol for pain and watch out for sleepiness which is a sign of concussion. An ice pack can help.If you are not better within 24 hours go and go to a hospital where you can be checked out and have a head scan.My daughter had a massive headache which did not go away. so I took her to a doctor and she was referred for a head scan to ensure there was no internal damage.I suggest that you do not do P.E and get your mum to write you a note.Any severe injuries should be checked straight away.Rest your neck with an ice pack.
