Do i need to go to a hospital? Details inside...?!

Question: Do i need to go to a hospital? Details inside...?
So i was just on my laptop on facebook when all of a sudden i felt this sudden pressure in the middle of my forehead and my whole room turned sideways and i felt like i was about to faint.
My vision went back to normal, but now i can't see straight & i'm shaking really bad & i feel cold. I'm having a really hard time typing this right now because i can't see straight.
I got up to go to the restroom & i kept falling to the left. I can't walk straight. Everything is going to the left.
Please tell me what's wrong!

Hospital. And next time anything like this happens, webmd.com not yahoo answers. these things can be serious so don't leave it to the opinion of us who are just browsing the internet.

Yes.

Something simular happened to a friend of mine. I am not sure if he siezed or not too, but it messed him up pretty good. You may have a blockage or something in your brain, but I do not know I am not a doctor.

You may just have vertigo or something. I would be safe though, don't mess around when you have problems with your head that are causing you to get dizzy and faint. Also, make sure you are hydrated as you could be suffering from dehydration...but I doubt that as you would feel thirsty.

maybe you should eat something .. your blood sugar may be low also drink fluids
and stop looking at the computer screen just lay down and relax
if you still fell bad after about 30 min then you may want to go to the hospital

Call the hospital or a friend or family member to take you to the ER. DON'T go out driving but yes you need a hospital.
