ask yourself this, what does negative thinking do to your body? you have nothing to worry about if your tests are fine!

if you want someone that knows what they are talking about and knows the facts then you should probably try spelling things right first. And exactly what are you trying to ask? If you are asking if there is anything that could be wrong with you after you have had all those tests and they came out fine then the answer is probably not. But there are lots of tests for lots of medical problems and if you are being checked for a specific thing and they didn't find it then you are probably ok. That's not to say anything isn't possible, however. Maybe you could actually make since of your question please? I really can't understand a single word you said...
