Is there anything that can help me get taller?!

Question: Is there anything that can help me get taller?
Im 13 and 4'11 and my mom and dad are both around 5'7. I have always been shorter then my freinds but here recently they have significantly outgrown me. The top most of my concern is that i enjoy playing football for my school as it it a kinda fun way to stay in shape and have fun, but i am worried that there wont be a chance of me playing highschool football. I know that Im not starting highschool for 2 more years, but the doctors say it might take as long as until im 16. Is there any thing i can do to help me get taller? if it matters at all i weigh 116 pounds, so im a little overweight

Your growth spurt should be just around the corner.

Without a growth spurt you will probably peak at 5'5 and with a growth spurt it could be a few inches better.

Eat healthy and get enough sleep (7-9 hours)
Guys generally get growth spurts and when they get it varies. They generally get two.
One around your age now and another around 17. It comes down to diet and genetics. And get enough rest.
With your parents height I would guess that your adult height will most likely be around 5'8 or 5'9. (a little taller than your parents).

You are only thirteen.

You will most probably keep growing taller for 7-8 more years.

That means you may outgrow your friends someday in the future (happy now???).

Why worry, guys stop growing at the age of 18-20 where the growth spirt hits u in 1 shot. If wouldn't worry, u have another 5 years for it to hit u!

No, join the wrestling team.

lots of sleep and jogging. and no sex!
