Feel sick when I wake up early?!


Question: Feel sick when I wake up early?
I am still in high school, and have to get up at 7.30am every day (except weekends and holidays of course). So when I wake up I usually feel really nauseous. If I try to eat something, I will vomit. I am usually better by 9am, by which time I am at school. Before I go to school, I will have an energy tablet which I can keep down. But by the time I can eat at recess, I am starving because I have not eaten at all.

I have tried a lot of things that people have told me, such as not eating during the two hours before bed and not drinking soda before bed. Does anyone know how I can overcome this?

I have the same problem. so what I do is drink a bit of cold water everytime I wake up to also wake up my stomach in the morning. Try eating just a little bit in the morning like a small bowl of cereal (not too much milk if you dont want to throw up). it works for me so it might for you :)

you should get up early in the morning before sun rise and go out for walk and try to jogging then you feel energy in your body and feel lightly your mind just do it for a week you will feel better
