What is wrong with me? I cannot fall asleep before at lest 12?!


Question: What is wrong with me? I cannot fall asleep before at lest 12?
It doesn't matter if I wake up at five in te morning, or 12 in the afternoon, my activity's don't affect it, nothing does, I CAN NOT go to bed at a decent hour twelve is the earliest, lately it's been around two or three in the morning before I can fall asleep. I have dark bags under my eyes, I know my body is tired, but I cannot fall asleep. and my whole body just aches, I don't know what's wrong with me, do you know what this is?
What can help it?
should I see a doctor?

Please help me out, it's driving me crazy.

It wouldn't hurt to see a doctor. You need to pay attention to what you do a few hours before you go to bed. Generally, what do you eat for dinner? Certain foods are hard to digest, i.e. pork. Also, do you bath at night or in the morning? If you bath at night maybe your bath water is too hot; it should be warm not hot that way your bath will help you to relax. Your heaviest meal should be early in the day, i.e. breakfast and lunch. What are you thinking as you lie in bed awake? You have to learn to turn your brain off. This takes time but it works. Think about something that gives you pleasure, something that is calming and peaceful. At first your brain will not cooperate, but each time unwanted thoughts come into your head, push them out and go back to your peaceful place. Slowly but surely you will be able to do this. Last but not least, drink a glass of milk. Whole milk works best for me. If you do these things I guarantee that your insomnia will diminish. See a doctor to rule out anything medical. Good luck.

1. Try drinking a glass of warm milk before going to bed
2. Read a soothing story (not a thriller) before going to bed
3. Try not to watch TV 1 hour before you sleep
4. Try to do some light exercises after your last meal to digest your food properly
5. Do not keep a TV in your bedroom even when switched off
