What is the best "cure" for sleepiness in class?!


Question: What is the best "cure" for sleepiness in class?
I have this big problem of sleepiness during class hours... Sometimes I just get sleepy all of a sudden, and I can't seem to get out of this trance, no matter how hard I try to fight it.... Please help..... thanks in advance! :)

If it's in the beginning of the day... I started bringing coffee in every day-- yesterday was the first day in awhile that I forgot it, and I could NOT stay awake. It's a big help!

Also, chewing gum helps too-- It also wards off hunger if you want to stop eating so much... :)

As long as your mouth is moving you will stay awake. So bring a bottle of water or some gum.

3 out of 5 classes I'm taking in college are 3 hours long, and I need to stay awake for all.



Keep your head up, like stare into the ceiling. This triggers the mind to become awake since its too uncomfortable for your neck to sleep
