Question: Help.Time for sleeping?
My dear friends,I'm worrying about my health.
I have got some advice from my friends....
7pm to 3 am , 8pm to 2am , 12pm to 6am , which one is the best sleeping time?
Any advice ? My friends say that 7pm to 2am is the best? Is it true?

I'd say the best time is when it's darkest, as that's the body's main sleep signal. Of those 3, 12 midnite to 6 am sounds the most natural.



I think just a normal, 8-hour sleep should do it. Try 10pm-6am, and when you wake up drink a glass or two of water. Exercise, and keep hydrated, and you should be healthy :)

And if you're worried about your health, you should go to the doctor, or a little urgent care clinic that will do a non-urgent check up :)

Best for what? I would rather the 12 - 6 assuming you meant 12 am to 6 am
