Why do I have to sleep 12 hours a day ?!


Question: Why do I have to sleep 12 hours a day ?
9 Hours feel like I slept not enough. 7 hours is like I don't even know what I am doing. I think normal people sleep only 7~8hours.

I eat quite healthy. I do eat some packaged snacks and much soda but I do eat vitamin tablets and fruits and vegetables like salad. I use fresh ingredients and make foods.

I stay home all day and just use the computer. I don't exercise or go out at all. And I don't sleep
or eat at the same time everyday because it's just impossible.

I don't know what's the real reason. I have depression and so much problem and my life is really
sad but hey I do eat healthy. That should be enough how could a human being in a world like
this live any better ?

Is it really the depression ? I heard that sleeping 12 hours is by some kind of mental problem by being depressed and have no motivation to live. Yeah I don't want to live but I can't die.

When most people cry or depressed the only solution seems to be sleep. The body in this stage helps the mind to relax and function throughout the day. The real question is not "why do I have to sleep twelve hours a day?," but more so why should you. The mind is in your control, and therefore you can change it however you want depending on your determination. Solve the cause to your depression, and take control of your body. In addition, go to the gym and exercise helps the body a great deal.
