I'm losing hair like crazy?!

Question: I'm losing hair like crazy?
I'm 17 years old, and for about a week now, I've been losing hair like crazy. Every time I run my hand through my hair, there's about 3-10 strands on my hand. I wake up to a lot of hair on my pillow (kinda sick) and when I'm in the shower washing it, I have a ton of strands on my hands. I just lightly ran my hands through my hair and shook it a little bit at the bath room sink, and I'm guessing there was about 50 - 100 strands that came out in less than 10 seconds.

I haven't changed anything recently except for shampoos. It's the same Brand, just a different Fragrance. That and I've been under some stress lately because I have been fighting with my dad. Oh, and I've also put a new blanket on my bed, but I doubt that has anything to do with it.

Please any help would be appreciated because I'm freaking out here!

best to try Coconut oil ( 100% pure must be written on bottle) Daily use this oil stey 20 minute and then wash it. I bet you it will stop your falling hairs and another thing see your doctor also.

it could be the shampoo. don't cream rince. I think molassis helps. reasearch on the internet about hair vitimins and take supplements

It can be many things such as stress, an allergic reaction, thyroid problems, genetics, change in hormones from medicines or birth control, etc., your overall health, your diet or an eating disorder, wearing your hair in a ponytail for too long or pulling it back in a tight bun can cause hair loss as well.

Basically there are tons of things that can cause hair loss. Some are temporary while others or not. If you notice hair coming out in clumps or that within a few days your hair seems much thinner, then the best thing to do is talk with a medical professional to find out what the real cause it. It's possible it can be a medical condition that you are not aware of or a diet issue and you will need to make sure to take care of it as soon as possible.
