Answers:

It sounds like you are stressed and more likely have a concussion.

Short term memory loss is also common for concussions therefore you may not remember you bumped your head. I had a severe case as I was in an auto accident and out cold for 20 minutes until emergency arrived. I had a very tough time for almost a year. Hopefully you are experiencing a less severe case if you have a concussion. Football players get them a lot and so do boxers. Children die from shaking their heads around. You should go see the doctor asap. Please go today.

Communicating, understanding, aggression, fatigue and tired feelings are common among those who are stressed or have a concussion and they do not know why they are feeling that way.

A visit to the doctor would be your best move. Please visit the doctor.

Have you done anything where you may have risked hitting your head such as played a sport had a fight, fallen?
If you did not hit your head there are many reasons why you may feel like this. The only advice is that you must see your doctor in case its something serious like meningitis, a brain tumor, brain aneurysm/brain bleed, of course it could be something simple too like migraine, a virus, hormonal changes etc. Its probably something simple, But you must see your doctor!
